BOOKINGS
In order to secure your booking a £15 non-refundable deposit is required which will be deducted from your treatment on the day.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE OF APPOINTMENT
It's understandable clients occasionally need to change or cancel their appointments. Should you need to do so please give at least 48 hours notice when there will be no charge to reschedule your appointment and the deposit paid will be transferred to your new appointment.
Cancellations or amendments to times or treatments made between 24-48 hours before the appointment will be charged at 50% of the original appointment amount .
Cancellations or amendments to times or treatments made than less than 24 hours will be charged at full price of the original appointment.
Please note that these terms and conditions apply to Covid-19 or any other illness-related cancellations.
REPAIRS
I take time and care with every treatment and want my customers to be happy with their set of nails. If you have any problems with your nails after your treatment please let me know straight away and send me a clear close-up photograph of the nail(s) in question, with a brief description of what has happened.
Repairs are free for the first 72 hours from your original appointment time. After this time there is a £15 charge.
